Computer Help's Code of Ethics
- I will do my best to assess the problem before making any changes. I will keep you informed as work progresses.
- If I believe that you might be better off replacing, rather than repairing a computer, I will tell you so.
- I will only install safe and legal software on your computer.
- 'First, do no harm'. My goal is always to move forward safely while protecting your data and your investment.
- I will work as quickly as possible.
- I believe in preventive maintenance and will suggest that you allow me to do work that is in your best interest. I will not suggest additional work that is not in line with current recommended practices.
